Please note that we currently accept returns only. Exchanges are not available.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- You received an incorrect item.
- You received a damaged or defective item.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Product misuse
- Products damaged after delivery
- Unauthorized returns
Return Request
Please submit your return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
Your request should include:
- Order Number
- Item Code
- Reason for Return
- Photos of the product
Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), MENOKIN will cover the return shipping cost.
Items must be returned:
- In original packaging
- With all labels and accessories
- Including any promotional gifts received
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Missing Items
If your package is missing any item, please contact Customer Service within 1 day of delivery.
Please keep all original packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.
